Insmed Announces Proposed Public Offering of Common Stock

On May 4, 2020 Insmed Incorporated (Nasdaq: INSM) reported that it intends to offer and sell shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. In addition, Insmed intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the shares of common stock offered in the public offering (Press release, Insmed, MAY 4, 2020, View Source [SID1234556978]). All of the shares to be sold in the offering are to be sold by Insmed.
